Open an issue on the issue tracker. It is the fastest route, and it is public — so anyone hitting the same problem can see it is known.

A price that disagrees with a provider’s own page is always worth reporting.

A public email address is not currently published. For anything you would rather not raise in the open, open an issue asking for a private channel and one will be arranged — do not put sensitive details in the issue itself.

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately rather than opening a public issue, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing. Good-faith reporting is welcome and will not be treated as a breach of the terms.

Before writing in, these may already answer it:

• The privacy policy sets out exactly what is stored and what is sent where.
• Everything you have saved can be exported yourself from the history page.
• Your account and all of its data can be deleted from account settings.
