Bugs and wrong numbers
A price that disagrees with a provider’s own page is always worth reporting. Include the page on this site and the provider page it disagrees with — a correction that comes with its source is the fastest kind to act on.
Security
Report suspected vulnerabilities privately by email rather than publicly, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before disclosing. Good-faith reporting is welcome and will not be treated as a breach of the terms.
Your data
Before writing in, these may already answer it:
- The privacy policy sets out exactly what is stored and what is sent where.
- Everything you have saved can be exported yourself from the history page.
- Your account and all of its data can be deleted from account settings.
